My name is Daniel and I’ve had a passion for photography, video and music for most of my life. I strive to create content that I can be proud of, while keeping a strong focus on the client’s needs.
I have been a freelancer since 2016, so less than five years, but I’ve been doing video projects and research in my free time for far longer.
In fact, I was only ten years old when I started to learn about video editing, with simply a webcam and Windows Movie Maker on the family computer.
A few years later I was fortunate enough to pick up a small stills camera which taught me about framing, lighting, etc., and how fun it can be trying to catch the right moment in time. (That being extra difficult due to how slow the camera was)
Ever since then, I’ve spent thousands of hours behind cameras and content creation software. Most of my editing experience lies in Adobe Premiere, but Davinci Resolve is slowly becoming my favorite NLE. When it comes to cameras, most of my experience is with Sony and Canon cameras, but I have recently acquired a Black Magic 4K Cinema camera.
I also have a collection of retro video cameras and the ability to digitize analog sources, so I’d be happy to help if you’ve got some old tapes lying around 😉
